FACILITATION
Facilitation includes the use of social technologies to lead workshops of all sizes as well as moderation of meetings and panels. The process of facilitation has a set of steps that I will describe below, and according to the need, a type of design is applied.
Through facilitated events, a space for powerful conversations is created that generate motivation, ownership and community building amongst participants. An environment that is creative and dynamic to facilitate the free and horizontal exchange amongst attendees, at the same time as results and conclusions that favor learning, growth and collective action.
