Aligned with the great transition towards a conscious and sustainable planet, Anamaria inspires changemakers to clarify their vision and pursue their passionate aspirations that reconnect us to our shared wholeness, through Integral Coaching®, Social Technologies, and Creative Expression.
THE GREAT TRANSITION
Our world is in the wake of a great transition towards more sustainable, equitable, and fulfilling lifestyles and communities. This historical time requires a new approach at all levels, a redesign of our selves, relationships, organizations, and our systems. It is a demanding time for committed changemakers, who often feel over-extended, lost, and depleted. We face abundant challenges, but often insufficient support: little renewal time for reflection, to constantly reinvent themselves, and to rekindle the inner fire and sense of purpose.
THE CALLING TO CHANGEMAKERS
The new world is emerging as we, its forerunners are learning to restore the wholeness of our being and of our social and ecological systems. As agents of the great transition, our task is to become what’s needed of us to collectively steward the emergence of this new world in time to harvest the fruits of our deepest potential, and protect the most of our natural and cultural heritage.
This will happen if we listen to the call to develop integrally and invest in our continued awakening into higher levels of consciousness. We realize that this time not only needs new business models, rules, and structures, but also needs cutting edge inner technologies such as Integral Coaching® and Social Technologies to accelerate our own inner transformation and social innovation at various scales. To bring about the necessary transition, we need to become creators, and for this open spaces for individual and collective Creativity, that help bring forth the new.
MY STORY
How can we live sustainably on the Earth as a human family? How can we experience greater levels of wholeness? How can we express our enormous potential for creativity? How can we build community? These have been questions that have propelled me for years. I studied biology to see how living systems provide conditions for life to thrive. I engaged in the arts and in personal development to find ways to dance creatively with these questions. I learned tools and skills to understand organizations and systems in a double masters in environmental policy and an MBA. Working in non-profits, government and consulting to generate solutions of all types to the crises we are living in, I learned that these solutions won’t last unless our way of being and priorities shift, and that we build strong communities to address them collectively. Through my journey, I sensed the need to create community, create new structures, transform our organizations and our social systems, but above all, I saw the need to change our selves. Along with the insights, came possibilities for holistic solutions, such as Ecovillages, Social Technologies, and Integral Coaching®. I became acquainted with networks of changemakers pursuing social innovation who courageously have chosen to give their lives to benefit the greater whole.
As a changemaker myself, I promoted the creation of ecological neiborhoods (“Ecobarrios”) in Bogotá and a few years later co-founded Aldeafeliz Ecovillage, located outside of Bogotá, practicing social technologies for community building, personal development and resilience. As a way to care for my soul, I also embraced my inner artist and started engaging in various forms of Creativity, to activate my imagination and ability to envision new realities.
I see myself as one of the many midwives of the new world that is emerging: a world where we care deeply for the wellbeing of our communities, our planet, and our souls. The services I offer are the best tools I know to support the needed transition. These avenues for changemaking are my evolving answer to the inquiry of how to respond to the needs of our time, in a way that brings joy and fulfillment. I see them as means to tap into our shared wholeness, in order to access our wellspring of creativity and wisdom.

Once upon a time, there was a world that had lost its true north. People would move at a frenetic pace, many of whom were consumed by senseless preoccupations, with no empathy for themselves, the suffering of others or of nature.
